Safety Assurance
The widespread application of low-altitude aircraft in fields such as agriculture, logistics, and surveying has made safety issues increasingly prominent. Electrical performance testing is a core link to ensure their safe operation. As the energy source, the safety performance of the battery system directly affects flight safety. Battery failure may lead to serious consequences such as aircraft crashes, impacts with buildings or crowds. Electrical performance testing can simulate various phenomena that may cause power supply abnormalities during steady-state operation and verify the performance of the EUT under such conditions, such as power supply conversion leading to power interruption, voltage surges, instantaneous voltages that may occur during engine start, etc.
Compliance Requirements
The electrical performance testing of high and low voltage components for low-altitude aircraft must strictly comply with relevant international, national, and industry standards and regulations to ensure that products meet market access conditions and safety specifications.
RTCA/DO-160G is the core standard for environmental testing of airborne aviation equipment. It provides a set of long-validated and internationally recognized environmental suitability and safety testing methods for airborne equipment of low-altitude aircraft.
