消息称台积电美国项目将增至8座晶圆厂和4座封装厂

4 月 2 日消息，台媒《电子时报》今日表示，台积电在美国亚利桑那州的 TSMC Arizona 子公司 GIGAFAB 集群规模将从现有的 6 座先进晶圆厂 + 2 座先进封装厂进一步扩展至 8 座晶圆厂 + 4 座封装厂，前后端设施各增加两座。

这意味着台积电将在岛内和亚利桑那州两端长期维持高额资本支出，该态势预计将持续到 2030 年。

台积电如此大规模的海外建厂投资也带动了供应链合作伙伴的扩张，多家中国台湾地区无尘室、厂务、机电、设备企业正积极布局美国业务，不过在美运营现阶段仍面临流程繁琐、成本高昂等一系列问题。
